To install a Deductio exercise manager:
1. copy the template directory into the good place, with a new name.
2. Modify intro.phtml
3. Modify the INDEX file.
4. Modify the link proc if necessary.
5. Install source files.
6. Run the script mkindex. (This step should be repeated each time
the source files are modified.)
