+ introduces a new job in ALPHA state : "repairclass"
+ corrects a small bug in getsheet
+ getcsv & getclass now call "mkuserlist" script, just to be sure the userlist contains all the users.

to the file that calls mkuserlist. If no, it is done too much
and it is costly. Perhaps now it is not done enough when add many users.
