  [minor/install] separate the wrapuid functionnality in 3 scripts
  0) setwrapexec is essential and needed for safe operation of external programs
  
  1) setchroot concerns the obsolete wims-chroot distribution, which is no
  longer maintained. A priori not needed.
  
  2) setwimsd concerts the wimsd webserver emulator, which is only useful for
  maintainers and debugging work.
