- [minor] [tchat] add missing icons for tchat in Font Awesome (addliving, listliving,userlist)
+ sets wims_ariane nav links
+ message field is now required (no more empty message sent)
+ display menumodubox items for supervisor only if tchat is open
+ ergo : "chat" link is displayed to users only if it is open by supervisor. (no more "closed link" driving to an empty page. + don't use colored apples do display an open/closed state ;)
+ examcheck : re-enable the link on "??" as it can ever be "exercice never tried" or just "exercice unfinished"
