  [Createxo] [to translate] Improve ergonomy of Createxo :
  + add some icons
  + display menu items
  + add some text explaining the exercice isn't saved yet when the code is just sent
  + use the new "grid-x" css class for responsive layout (introduced in previous r.13440 commit)
  + corrects somme ending tags (/tr, /div)
