  [minor/interface] update m2 parameters by using
  - Thing#{Standard,BeforePrint} = toString;
  - scan(methods {Standard,AfterPrint}, (a,b) -> installMethod(a,b,identity));
  this simplifies the output (depends on macaulay up to 1.1, impli3dc.def was not working
  with macaulay 1.1)
